better customer support - it seems like we have to go through three people just to fix something like changing our organization name.

Have one person who will be able to fix whatever it is that needs fixing, instead of having to talk to 5 different people who are in different areas of the company (hosting vs. RE, etc.) Maybe better integration help across different products. Very hard to get something simple fixed. We were offline for three days because we changed our Company name.
