Request to remove the "Chat with Support" and "Resource Centre" when you log in to Raiser's Edge for certain users. For our organization, we do not wish to give this access to all our users. We would prefer that they go through only one or two staff first. We would like the "Chat with Support" and "Resource Centre" to be an option to give to specific users only.
I’m sure there are other organizations that feel the same way.
