A few years ago I bought a CRM that worked extremely well for my needs. On that was a button that I really miss in RE. It's a quick "follow up" button. Once that is clicked it takes you to a prompt to follow up from that email. In RE to create that, you have to make a whole new action plan which is a daunting task. It sure would be nice as a major giving staff to have that feature There are just so many steps to create a follow up in RE and with contacting over 500-1000 people a year setting up a complete action plan for those folks is very tedious.
What do you mean by "complete action plan"?
