E-receipt Improvements Needed

I am new to using receipts and right off the bat I'm noticing several things that could use improvement.

  1. The ability to change the "from" name in the email
  2. The ability to change the name of the PDF 
  3. HTML emails and the ability to change fonts, add pictures, etc.

The way that it looks now, I would be suspicious as a donor to receive that.

    We also need to keep the copy of the email (with the attached pdf receipt) sent to the donor. Need to add BCC to static email address.
