Currently you are unable to view a BB generated email receipt. If there is an issue with the donor receiving one the only option is to ask the system to send it again, however, it would be better to be able to have the option to view or pdf the duplicate receipt. The donor has asked for a paper copy now. I am unable to do this without generating a brand new receipt with a new receipt number.
