Be able to name the pdf for e-receipting

I think it would be nice and more end-user friendly to be able to name the pdf before it is sent when you are doing e-receipting. I think constituents would be more comfortable opening something named rather than a generated id.

    I completely agree with this - it is so unprofessional to just send a bogus named file with the email.
