You operate in silos and it is difficult to get persoanlize service ACROSS multiple platform

design an "ombudsmen" system of service where we only have to make one point of contact to meet and service our needs from purchasing, upgrading, implementing, etc.

    [eye roll] I recently started at a new org. I reached out to BB to speak to our account reps for various reasons. Seems that the only people who ever returned my calls and emails were the sales people in target analytics. I was not able to speak to my actual account rep until reaching out for 3 months.
