With the loss of support for custom reports, it is increasingly frustrating to be able to utilize reports in RE the way we need to. If they aren't going to support custom reports, may I suggest some additional Canned reports or adding more options to existing ones. There needs to be greater flexibility. For example, event reports. I am trying to run a master list for a large event and want to include the Class Year for each participant. But I can't find an option to add that to the report. Something simple like that makes a big difference.

It was extremely disheartening to hear that they stopped the support, and we weren't notified. Only found out when I reached out for help.  A great loss to many as the support team was fantastic!
