Overhaul and fix queue!

I have only used queue for a very short period but have had nothing but issues with it. Even support admits it is a very fragile product. Anything and everything can cause things to stop altogether. And it is not just one queue that stops when there is an issue ALL of them stop.

    We own queue and i never used it because the email feature wont wornfor me. A former bb employee called Queue the buggiest software that Blackbaud has.

    Somehow we got it back up and running in the past day after not having it for several months. But not holding my breath that it will continue running for long. I have to set myself reminders to see if things ran because if it does not run at all you do not get any notification like you do when it runs but fails.

    Queue saves me hours each week. Until it doesn't because I have to spend time figuring out why queue isn't running and then manually run the need output. It's a great feature when it's working, but it's extremely tempramental.

    We could all be so much more efficient if queue was more reliable.

    Just recently started using Queue and have had several issues with it. One of the issues has to do with the hosting File folder limitations of 100 MB per user. I have 200+ reports that need to be run at the end of every month. I don't have time to look at each report to be sure it actually exported completely (I was told it is possible to have a partial file export)
    When I was told we went over limit (I had to chat to find that out instead of receiving a message), I cleaned out the majority of the reports in the File Folders. I re-ran the queue manually and it keeps creating 11kb files, which basically means I have a report with a name and no content.
    PLEASE FIX the queue issues. We don't like empty promises or files.
