It would be helpful to know what number you are in the "queue" when holding for customer support

    Maybe, but probably not. In my experience help can take 5 minutes to 45 minutes. And there's no way of knowing how many support staff are fielding calls. Being #11 when there are 10 support staff working could be lots better than being #5 when there are only 2 answering calls.
