Receive a notice if the queue does not run at all

There have been a couple of times that the report queue did not run at all.  I would like to get notice when the queue fails.  I don't know this until notified by the people who are expecting reports to be in their inbox.

    Isn't this already available?  In queue settings, look for a "Miscellaneous" tab.  There's a "Send a queue status notification" option, with a "Mail To" and "CC" fields.  I attached screenshots of the Miscellaneous tab, and of the status email.
