One thing that is happening very often is that the program does not hold on to the printer information. When this happens, I have to exit the program, close the browser, wait a 5 minutes and then log back in. When this happen almost every day the time wasted begins to add up. Today, when trying to processing recurring credit card donations, the merchant service account was inactive and the demo account was active. That does not just happen and I am the only person that works with the credit card processing. In addition, over the last year, I have had an increasing amount of error messages, trouble logging into the programs and into the website thru Citrix. I am wondering if the problem is increased activity without the infrastructure to handle the traffic. I really like the program and pushed to spend the extra money for what I believe was a better program for our agency, but with increasing problems I am having, my frustration levels are increasing. I want to complete a task without having to spend excess time trying to get into the program and fixing the problems that arise.
