If a donor uses an alternate email address or a work address when using our NXT form, NXT automatically creates a new record, which makes too much of a workload for us to clean up. Not to mention, it misrepresents the total household giving if the person has two records. Many of our donors have two and three different email addresses, and they move from law firm to law firm, so the information we receive is inconsistent. I want to be able to say this is not a new donor, here is the correct record.
