When new staff join and are given RE NXT access, they can edit constituent and gift info, but for them to get access to the Work Centre, or to be assigned tasks via Workflows, they also need to get a constituent record and be marked as a fundraiser. Currently, it is no easier to add an RE NXT user as a Fundraiser than it would be to create any new constituent record, despite the fact that their details are already in NXT.
Ideally, from within Security > Users > Manage roles there would be a single button to click to add a constituent record using the users details and give them Fundraiser status. Alternatively, add the ability to give Fundraiser status to users without them needing a constituent record.
Agreed. Additionally, not all staff members are a solicitor/fundraiser so calling them one just to give them access to certain system features is strange.
