If a spouse is not a constituent record we can still enter their business in the spouse tab. We can even link the business to a current Org record and even add the spouse as a contact. We can do all that but we can't see the spouse on the org record because they are not their own constituent. Please allow the spouse that is linked to being seen in the org record.
