Our database is set up with non-constituent spouse records. At present if you add an organisation relationship to a non-constituent spouse, you are not prompted to reciprocate the relationship, so it doesn't show up in the relationship tab of the organisation record. You can work around it by adding the relationship from the organisation but it would save time to be able to do it from the spouse record.
