It would be very helpful if we were able to link the spouse of a constituent to the spouse's employer.  Currently, when you enter an individual relationship (Nancy Smith) for a business (Chase) and search for Nancy Smith who is the spouse of Bob Smith, it links Bob Smith to Chase instead of Nancy Smith.  We need the ability to link the spouse without having to create an individual relationship that is not linked and therefore doesn't show up on the employee's file.
