Option in Connect RE to have Employee spouses not be a constituent record

I would like the same option as for parents for employee records so that we do not have to create a separate constituent record in RE for them. Right now, most of my employee spouses are non-constituent records

    That would be great for purposes of Spouse names for the Development office without making the Registrars office have to enter a full record.
