Allow adding spouse before requiring saving the constituent record

When entering a new constituent, it is wasteful to have to save the constituent record - and therefore, the salutation options - before adding the spouse. Forces us to reopen salutations after adding the spouse, to be sure the correct addressee/ salutation option is selected.

    Yes, it would be nice to be able to add spouse. If you do it using "Spouse" on Bio 1 RE functions differently than if you do it from Relationships tab.

    For us, I have formats set up and default sets for add/sal. I've never had a problem with them being wrong. I don't have a need to check them after adding spouse.
