Provide options for adding spouse addressee/salutations in batch and in global add/change

Want to be able to enter addressees/salutations for non-constituent spouse when adding them with constituent spouse in a constituent batch.
Would like to be able to add addressees/salutations for spouse relationships and other relationships using a global function.

    I find spouse addressee/salutations to be useless. You can not get them in mail so what good are they? I always wished I could use it in mail to have two line add sals (donor with a single addressee and pull in spouse underneath it) but alas it does not work that way. I know I can create a spouse addressee under additional add/sals on the constituent but that seems duplicative if you have it on the spouse.
