RE defaults to the organization address when adding in new individual relationships.  We work with lots of volunteers and need to mail to them at their primary home address.  

To do that, we have to stop the address sharing, then re-link to the individuals record and select the address we want to use.   That is very labor intensive.

If there was an option to: 1) use org address  or 2) use constituents address on the front end, that would save a lot of time.

ADDITIONALLY!!!!!  When selecting the shared address from the constituent, the options do NOT indicate which address is the primary. So you *could* be selecting an old address!!!
