Limit a user's access to a query of records

Limit a user's access to a query of records. For instance, I would like certain users to only access constituents to which they are assigned as a solicitor.

    I LOVE this idea. I hate all the different ways you can create constituent level security and really it should be up to you which you want people to see - query would be awesome.
