I have a person who keeps moving their query category folder to the top of the list and out of alphabetical order. There doesn't appear to be a way to limit who can move the categories around, and I think there should be, as I'm spending time which could be better used constantly reorganising the categories back into alphabetical order. Being able to restrict organising categories to only those with supervisor rights would free up this time, and prevent anyone else moving their folders to the top!
