Query Security Run Only

I would like to be able to give users access to run queries without giving them the ability to create or change an queries. We more than almost 20 people who need to be able to run queries, but only a few people who know the data and system well enough to create relialble queries.

      And if I could add/expand on this - would like ability to prevent users from DELETING queries and exports. Same basis - prevents users who are unfamiliar from accidentally deleting something that may be needed/used by others.
