I would like the ability to limit users' right to edit certain records based on a query or other coding.

For instance, I don't want to limit most users from being able to edit a constituent's title, but for some records that I have determined to be out of the ordinary, VIPs, or just plan peculiar, I don't want anyone else going in and changing the title. Example - donor who is a woman named Howard. Now, just about any well-meaning user may see this labeled "Miss" (yes Miss, never married and likes it this way) and want to "fix" it. NOPE. I want to put this record in a query or some other coding that will lock down editing this record --either in part or as a whole.
