Please allow us to create one Action and Action Note and link it to multiple constituent records automatically

Great fund-raisers work with entire families. When we speak with one member of a family, whomever enters another, separate RE constituent action for another member of the family needs to know about all pertinent conversations pertaining to the family's philanthropy. Further, some philanthropic families work with other non-profits whom we also work with, and linking specific actions between records is essential to managing both relationships. Right now, we need to add the same note to multiple records, which is a horrible inefficiency and takes too much time in a busy advancement organization. That BB doesn't allow us to link Actions to multiple records seems like we're in the dark ages. Please, please, make this vital update. Thank you so much -
