It would be so great if we could add/link the same action (e.g. meeting, email) to more constituents in Raiser’s Edge 7 and RE NXT. We could create a certain action only once and then we could link it to multiple constituent records at the same time, so we would be able to see the same action (maybe with the same ID) under each constituent.

We often would like to add the same action to several individuals’ and companies’ records, so at the moment we repeat adding the same action on each record separately and copy-paste the same information. Global add is not a good workaround since we do not let all of our colleagues use this feature and most of them use only RE NXT anyway where this option is not available.
