The ALL category which has been hard coded and added by Raisers Edge does not work with our business rules.

It adds ALL opt ins - but some of the opt ins will by nature be clashing and so it doesn't do what Raisers Edge thinks. 

We have Newsletter Only, Christmas Appeal Only, Annual Summary Only - as well as post opt in, email opt in, etc. So the ALL category automatically adds opt ins for 'Newsletter Only' and 'Post Opt In' which are clashing solicit codes. 

This is how the consent system best serves our purposes and the ALL category does not take into account that each charity will be using it in the way that works best for them to best implement GDPR.
