Globally Delete Bank in Constituent Relationship

have the facility to globally delete bank in constituent relationship based on a relationship query. This is available for all other relationships except the bank. Deleting the bank details is part of our GDPR clean-up and we have tens of thousands of these must we have to delete manually.

This is something that we are needing as well. Please add.

I am saddened that this issue has not gained much prominence. I think the GDPR rules mean that Europe leads the way in the demand for this, but I don't think the US is that far behind, particularly in some states.

Completely agree with what John says. I have just discovered that there is no way of doing this globally, and there are way too many records where bank details have been added historically and now need removing. Please provide a way of doing this globally somehow.

Having looked at this ourselves from a GDPR perspective I think we need a wider solution than just simply globally deleting bank details.

We need to store bank details for DDs, but once the DD is deactivated/cancelled we must remove the bank account data. We've been told the workaround to this is to change the payment type of all DD gifts. But we need to be able to record that a gift was paid by DD. We can't lose that data.

Functionality to ensure that bank account details are not required for inactive gifts plus functionality to allow the global deletion of bank account details needs to be added to RE. That way we can retain the relevant info and remove, either individually or en masse, the data we are no longer entitled to hold.

We are also needing to make this adjustment as part of GDPR.
