I would like a global change option that allows me to group records that have something in common (a name, a Fund ID extension such as -ABCD), and then delete them.

We have two databases that were mixed from two sister college foundations. Now I am trying to remove the traces of the other college since they have their own database. It seems there is no easy way to delete these other than individually.
