We need a way to mass update fund relationships using import ID so that we can then do a global change to delete them.

We have about 60,000 fund relationships in our database. We discovered that as a result of receiving bad data from another office that about 3.000 of those records need to be deleted. There is no way to delete them other than one at a time.
