Please add case numbers to support case "email transcript" and a URL link directly to the case.

When you need to further check on an open case, it would be far more convenient if two things were added to the Chat Transcripts:

1. the Case number

2. A URL that directly links to the case rather than to Chat in general (forcing you to go looking for your open cases.
