If phones and emails were in separate tables from the address, users can use the phone or email to match duplicate records. Some records do not have addresses and some only have phone or only email.

The current De-dupe plugin is awkward to use, and isn't customizable enough to be useful.

What does Current Discovery Effort mean - is this issue not resolved in 7.92?

By current discovery effort, I hope that this means you're looking to restore duplicate search flexibility...meaning that we can run dupe searches using the algorithm, or by criteria we select ourself, such as by address lines, last name, etc.

The duplicate report fixes in 7.92 Patch 6 have resolved the majority of our issues with the new 7.92 duplicate algorithm. What I hope you will enhance in the future is the ability to easily add "Not a Duplicate" flags to "false positives." I know this is possible when creating a new record (Is this a duplicate/Not a duplicate/cancel pop-up window) and occasionally when updating a record (still haven't figured out what has to change to trigger the test & alert). Being able to manually flag the false positives so they don't appear in future reports would be very beneficial.

Exactly WHAT will be in the 7.93 release?
