Duplicate Management Tool - Need the option to look for duplicate addresses regardless of Consituent or spouse name.

Due to our ever changing world, we have couples co-existing and some spouses choosing to keep their maiden names. We need to be able to run the Duplicate Management Tool comparing addresses instead of names.
