giving score

You should be able to submit certain records for a Giving Score rating. As of now, you can not customize what records are sent, and you can not select which information is used (do you want all gifts sent, or exclude ticket purchases). Also, the Giving Score does not look at Soft credits, so two spouses can have very different scores, even if their gifts are soft credited. Once you get the Scores back, you can not globally change the data - you can only globally delete.

It needs to include SCs! or at least let me pick what it includes and gives me the option!!! I also am not sure if it includes pledges or payments (hopefilly not both) and does it include "other" gift types and planned gifts. i would like to be able to decide when/if these get included

I would like to see Soft Credits added into the giving score. Selectable options would enhance the program also.

Couldnt' agree more. Being able to choose whether or not to include soft credits in my reporting is VITAL!!

Would like to see option to consider soft-credits. Ratings are very skewed due to spouse giving and foundation/business giving.

We need options on soft-credit and other gift types for the report.

I am dissapointed that this new feature does not allow you to base it on a query, such as other Data Heath processes. We would like to be able to eliminate certain groups of donors from this process. For example, we accept gifts from a sizable number of donors who donate to a specific overseas mission. The donors reside in the US but we are not allowed to solicit them, so the info on the Ratings Score is useless to us and will skew results for us if this group is rated. We also have other accounts that were set up for a one time only situation or are coded for no solicationas, that we would like to eliminate from the process as well.

It must include soft credits. It would be great if we could choose what gets included. I am not sure if it includes pledges or payments (hopefilly not both), etc. It would be helpful to be able to use queries for the scoring, so it can be done in batches and only for select constituents.

The score is worthless to me because it does not include soft credits and I'm not exactly sure what other factors are included

Cheryl - there is documentation on what it includes. I fully agree, however that it needs SCs

I would like to see soft credits included in Giving Score as well. This makes a major difference for some of our highest potential donors.

I think P.O. Box address should also be included. Our foundation -- any many or our members -- live in Carmel By The Sea, CA -- which does NOT have street addresses! No soft credits and limited to street address makes the Giving Score useless for us.
