We often have scanned letters (etc) that we want to add as an action to retain the chronology of events, but end up having to add to the media tab. It would be useful to be able to add PDFs to an action.7

Search all folders for Query Name
Currently when searching for a query you need to know which folder it is in. Searching multiple folders can be time-consuming & frustrating. Please allow a 'global search' across all folders for queries.6

Make options for mailing to contacts in Mail also available in Export.
Mail has this very useful feature for organization contacts of selecting to Mail to individual address only, Mail to contact address only, or Mail to both addresses separately. Would like to see this available also in Export.
