Once again only a months notice of a major change to RE with no thought for your users. Letters from Configuration are a critical part of supporter care and the reason given for this change is just passing the blame elsewhere. Please provide a solution before your cut ties with Microsoft
Have you found a good solution for this? We just got onboard with Raiser's Edge and are very disappointed that the Mail portion of RE is basically unusable.
Agreed, very irresponsible. There are several 3rd party vendors that could have been worked with to provide a solution BEFORE creating this mess for folks. I have tried the "solutions" they suggest and the all cost $$$ or take 3x as long. If one is loosing value and functionality, they should offer us money or a solution to make up for it. Oh, and they did it after most of us have already made up our budgets for the year!
