We often have scanned letters (etc) that we want to add as an action to retain the chronology of events, but end up having to add to the media tab. It would be useful to be able to add PDFs to an action.
I try to avoid adding documents to the media tab unless it's necessary to capture the formatting of an article or a scanned signature; most often, the data can be captured in action notes.
However, I agree with Anonymous that the ability to link a media file to an action, similarly to how media files can be linked to proposal records, would be a useful feature enhancement. Currently, in lieu of linking to media, I include a hyperlink to a .pdf of the document that is saved on a shared drive. This works for us.

Yes, more Media tabs period... Action records, Appeal records, etc.
Really add any form of document as an attachment to action. Would be fantastic!!!
We are resolving this by using PaperSave.

But again, it would be great if in this day and age RE started integrating e-filing for all customer without having to purchase another product.
