Until the availability of a Mandatory option in the web based view of Raisers Edge is available, is it possible to add the ‘Campaign’ field as a ‘mandatory required field’ for an Event.

We can see the field available in the Gift section of the Configuration Fields

But the option not available in the Event Configuration Fields

Is there a way to add ‘Campaign’ to the event selection in order to create the opportunity to make the field mandatory as in the Gift section?

Improvements in data integrity and reporting will be achieved if included as a mandatory function, linking an event to a campaign.
