Event Participant and Constituent Actions link

I'd like to be able to link a constituent action to a particular event participant record.

For example, we record fundraising materials sent out to a participant as an action against a constituent.

It would be great to be able to see which event the action was against and to be able to report on expenditure and activity across an event.

I envisage the link working with similar functionality as linking an action to a proposal.

    I would like to be able to give this 100 votes - the inability to link particular communications to event participations seems to be an issue for many organisations. We, for example, have a multi-step enquiry follow-up process, we then send out fundraising packs and other communications in the lead-up to the event, and then a series of fundraising chaser comms after the event too.
    I have seen participant attributes used to record comms, but this is obviously far more limiting and is more of a workaround than an ideal.

    Tracking participant journeys could be made a lot simpler with this functionality. Something exactly like the "link to proposal" function would be perfect.

    It would perhaps also help to assess in the future, how many 'actions' are on average needed to keep a participant on board.
