Removing applied gifts frm pledges without deleting gifts.

Sometimes donors give, but don't want the gift applied to an existing pledge. And sometimes data entry staff mistakenly applies a gift to pledge when it shouldn't. Right now only solution is to delete gift all together, then add it again.
