When a CSV exports for mailmerge and we don't manually adjust the zip code column, we get addresses that format wrong for constituents who live in areas where their zipcode has an initial zero. If it started as a default text format column we wouldn't have that issue, and it doesn't need to be a numerical-format column, it's not like we're adding up all our constituents' zip codes.
