Export hard break in addressees as semicolon or two fields

I would love to be able to export the addressee into two fields, or at least a semicolon between them when using the mail or export functions. Currently, an addressee of "Mr. John Smith\\Mrs. Jane Smith" exports as "Mr. John Smith Mrs. Jane Smith" into one field and I have to manually add the "and" or manually break it into two fields. What's the purpose of letting us create and export specific addressee types if I can't actually use them?

Curious, why don't you have your addressee formatted with the 'and'. That's what we do. Pretty easy.

JoAnn, I wish we would have included an "and." I wasn't part of the decision making on this, but I've gotten the sense that we did what our consultant recommended. It works great for printing thank you letters and envelopes, but not so good for the rest of our needs.
