Carry over "primary" and "do not contact" markers into Action Details

We work diligently to keep our constituents' contact information up to date. Our development staff are careful to honor our constituents' wishes. However, when completing and inputting Action Details, the "primary" and "do not contact" markers do not carry over into the Phone Number or Email address fields. This means our development staff have to remember the correct one and select it, often from a long list without titles such as Mobile or Business. As most of our constituents have a minimum of 3 numbers (cell, business, home) and 2 emails (personal, business), it's an unnecessary annoyance that carries too much potential for error. Carry over the markers and titles, please!
