I would prefer to choose whether the action notes flow through to my follow up action or not. They appear now to just show up whether I want them to or not, so that I have to either delete them or start a brand new action for that constituent altogether. Perhaps this could be something to select/check when you are saying yes or no to scheduling the follow up itself.
I would like to see the ability to completely toggle off RE automatically adding the previous action note to the follow up action.
I agree -- this is very annoying. What might be more helpful is actually linking the follow-up in some way to the previous action. Something like an action history that you can click on to see the notes instead of duplicating all the notes.
Agreed! We are having that issue since we use action notes as a metric when tracking performance. It's a pain trying to weed out the duplicates.
