When reviewing larger CSV files prior to an import, many times we are looking up records by ID. As such, we need to click the binoculors, click the constituent ID box, and then enter the ID - which of course doesn't sound awful, but when you're needing to do this dozens of times can slow the process down. It would be really helpful if Quick Find could be set to use First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State, Zip, AND constituent ID- or even add additional fields if needed, rather than one option or the other. If organizations could determine their own search criteria, many processes using quick find could be made more efficient.
