I have an Additional Addressee field that is checked and only has the person's first name in it. I need to have a full name for an addressee. By unchecking the field, it comes up as the full name, a usable addressee field. My file has about 1200 constituents. With the ability to globally change this, I can do it in a moment or two. By hand, hours. With an import file, it still takes more time and the field is still checked.
