Use Quick Find to search by entering Constituent ID or Name into the Quick Find Constituent field. Having that ability in the Quick Find (and Last/Org Name) would be a real time saver!

+1 on this feature. I would even settle on having two entry fields -- one for Constituent ID and one for Name. Whichever one would be filled out would be what is searched. As the only way to switch is by Tools>User Options> Constituent name format. I get requests during the day by either name or constituent ID, so not having to change or having to go into the query screen would save a whole lot of time.
