Allow default constituent record search options
If I could always search with the checkbox "check nickname" for example, that would make searching for a record that much easier. As it is, I need to recheck the box every time I do a search.

I'm not sure why this is. Are you clicking "new search" each time? My search window definitely keeps these boxes checked for me.
