Currently, if you put an Action on a constituent's record, it does not appear on the spouse's record. Therefore, if you accidentally put a spouse's Action on a constituent's record you don't see it next time you look up the spouse. This would also give fundraisers the opportunity to see all Actions of a household in one place, eliminating the possibility of missing something important.
